President

The President's responsibilities include attending the national ASCE leadership conference, presiding over officer and general meetings, delegating responsibilities to other officers, and to chair the following committees: C.E.S.A.C. (Civil Engineering Student Advisory Committee), the Executive Committee, and the Awards Committee.

Kelly Bartoshek

Vice President

The Vice President sets up the ASCE calendars for each semester, plans and arranges the departmental picnics, arranges guest speakers for the meeting dates, and attends the Brazos Chapter Meetings.

Rachel Skelton

Treasurer

The Treasurer must manage and balance the books, as well as keep track of all expenses for ASCE. The treasurer must also create and maintain the ASCE budget.

Anna Esquivel

Secretary

The Secretary's duties call for preparing the annual report, recording the minutes and attendance at all officer and general meetings, preparing the agenda for the general meetings and attending to speaker hospitality.

Public Relations

The Public Relations Chair's duties call for advertising meetings, updating student and faculty e-mail lists.

Membership Chair

The Membership Chair's responsibility is to maintain and track local and national ASCE membership records.

David Humphrey

Programs Director

The Programs Director must make all arrangements regarding intramurals and all community activities. The programs director must also coordinate all activities, programs, seminars and engineering tours sponsored by ASCE.

Store Manager

The Store Manager's responsibilities include maintaining the receipts, records, store merchandise and inventory of the student organizations office.

Outreach Chair

The Outreach Chair is responsible for planning and organizing ASCE representation at school and local community events such as Big Event, Replant, Freshman Orientations, etc.

Michael Skoviera

Historian / Webmaster

The Historian documents ASCE meetings and events. The Webmaster maintains the ASCE Texas A&M Chapter website and creates digital graphics for the CE jumbotrons.
